Step 1

Exploration Meeting

This first meeting assess the needs, wishes and solutions for the workspace. We will use images matching intended inspiration and concept. The goal is to have a clear picture of how the ideal office is.

Step 2

Budget Agreement

After the exploration meeting we will produce a detailed budget according to the price range. This will lead to a contract.

Step 3

Involvement

This is one of the most important moments. We will involve everyone in the organization to contribute for the office project. Mood boards, lego, world cafe methodology, interviews, team workshops will be used to engage everyone in the change.

Step 4

Studies

We will operate in the background, using observation, profiling the office users and their activities.

Step 5

Layout

After all inputs are received we will produce the layout and iterate it together until it is perfect.
