If we want to be intentional in the way our organisational culture evolves, there are key steps we can embark on, to: first understand where our company is and define our common purpose; and then to take small and big actions that can lead us to where we want to be.

We get together with the responsible for this change management process and establish the best way to involve and communicate to everyone that is affected by the change. In a process like this there are 3 main things to manage. Communication, Communication, Communication.

This sessions will involve everyone and throughout methods like Lego Serious Play we will make everyone in the organization fell part of this process. We will build this together.

Brain Hack 3.0

We need to do an offsite and give the opportunity to people to discover themselves
WHEN
People need to get out of work context and have an opportunity to contact with nature and themselves.
OVERVIEW
We will design the offsite duration and activities in line with the goals and behaviors the team wants to achieve. We will use tools based in Coaching, NLP and MBTI to give tools to the participants, so they can use in they daily activities.
